A warranty extension is support after t he initial manufacturer warranty or uplifted support
expires. On most gear can be purchased for a period of 1 to 5 yrs to lock in price protection.

Warranty contract consolidation:
A warranty consolidation can take all of your current support and roll it into one contract with a co-termed end date to match your fiscal budget year or any end date you request. Pending it is at minimum of 1 yr. You can mix and match different service levels as well as have multiple site locations on one contract.
Uplifted service agreements:
Uplifted service is taking the initial hardware/software purchase and uplifting the manufacturers std box warranty to a better service level to ensure faster repair response. Comes in many different service levels ask you representative for more information.
Software support agreements:
Software support agreements can be a stand alone from a hardware contract. As all software must be kept under support to ensure proper rights to use licensing and updates as they are released. Software as well can be consolidated.

Accidental Damage Protection helps you avoid out-of-pocket repair or replacement costs caused by accidents that may occur during normal operation of your mobile computing products. Depends on type of equipment you carry. Ask your representative if your mobile computing products can be covered.

Recover-All Service helps you get back up-and-running rapidly if a major disruption or disaster strikes your IT operations.
Extending your hardware warranty or maintenance support contract with priority repair or replacement of damaged hardware, Recover-All provides total asset protection from natural or man-made disasters. Coverage includes, but is not limited to, fire, flood, lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes and theft.
